Clinical Waste Collection

If you need a clinical waste collection, for example infectious waste, sharps waste (such as needles), cytotoxic (or bio hazardous) waste and offensive waste you will need to contact us with a referral from your doctor.

Use this form for all other Clinical Waste Collection enquiries.

  • Missed collection - the yellow bag or sharps box must be placed outside the front door by 6am on the collection day
  • Request a collection
  • Suspend or cancel a collection 

This form will ask you to provide the following information:

  • Your details
  • Enquiry type
  • Location where collection is required
  • Reason for cancellation/suspension, if applicable 

Please have this information ready as pages time-out after one hour.
