Use this form to report dog related issues such as:

  • Dog fouling
  • Report a missing dog
  • Stray or lost dog

If you want to report a dangerous dog please call 101 or if it's an emergency 999.

This form will ask you to provide the the following information:

  • Your contact details
  • Type of report/enquiry
  • Details of of the dog
  • Location of dog or fouling

Please have this information ready as pages time-out after one hour.
