Complete this form if you owe business rates and you are unable to pay as required.
We may be able to help you get a rate relief which will reduce your bill.
This form will ask you to provide
- your name and position within the organisation
- your business rates account number
- name of the ratepayer
- the business address and contact details
- your proposed plan to clear the outstanding amount
If you have received an Enforcement Agent letter you need to speak to them directly, contact details can be found on the letter.
This form must be completed by the ratepayer or someone authorised to do so on their behalf.
